Lisa has worked within the animal care and health field in many facets between veterinary medicine, zoos, animal rescues, and wildlife field research. After working as a veterinary technician in general practice since 2014, Lisa sought to pursue a different aspect of the veterinary field by working with CACVT to help empower and promote veterinary technicians within Colorado. During her time with CACVT, Lisa has most enjoyed being able to support her fellow veterinary technicians while helping to advocate and advance their career path and overall recognition within the field.
