Do you need proof of your Colorado registration or your CACVT credential history for an out-of-state transfer or a VTS application? Use the options below to find the correct document and request method.
If you need proof that your Colorado RVT registration is active and in good standing, use DORA’s license lookup. This is the primary source verification for current state registration.
If you need your CACVT credential certificate to submit to DORA, log in to your user profile and select Download Credential Certificate.
If you need verification of your original CACVT certification date, credential history, or past credential status for another state or a VTS application, submit a State Verification request through CACVT.
Current Members: Up to 2 free per cycle
Non-Members: $25 processing fee
CACVT does not submit VTNE scores.
If you need your Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE) scores reported, contact American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) directly.
In some situations, you may need documents from more than one organization.
For example, you may need DORA verification for current registration and CACVT verification for original credential history.
