Step 1:
Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad and select Inbox or All Inboxes
Step 2:
Tap the icons across the top to cycle between your mailbox categories until you see an email from CACVT.
Step 3:
Swipe left on an email from CACVT and tap the gray More button.
Step 4:
Slide the panel up until you see the full menu and then select Categorize Sender.
Step 5:
Tap Primary under the Manually Categorize section.
Step 6:
Press Continue.
Step 1:
Click the checkbox to the left of an email from CACVT.
Step 2:
Click the 3 vertical dots in the toolbar at the top list of emails, then select Filter messages like these from the drop down menu.
Step 3:
Click the Create filter button.
Step 4:
On the next screen check Never send it to Spam, check the box next to Categorize as, select Primary from the drop down menu next to Categorize as, check the box next Also apply filter to matching conversations then click the blue Create Filter button.
Step 1:
Locate an email from CACVT in your inbox or Junk Email Folder and right click on it.
Step 2:
Click Rules from the drop down menu and then select Move Messages from CACVT…
Step 3:
Click the down arrow to open the Move to drop down menu and select Inbox. Finally, click the blue Save button.
Step 1:
Locate and right-click on an email from CACVT.
Step 2:
Click on Rules in the dropdown menu and select Create Rule from the submenu.
Step 3:
Select Inbox from the dropdown in the Create a rule pop up.
Step 4:
Click the OK button.
Step 5:
Check the box next to Run this rule now and then click the OK button.
