Stephanie has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2003 and a Veterinary Technician Specialist (Emergency & Critical Care) since 2010, with extensive experience in small animal emergency, anesthesia, surgery, zoo medicine, and veterinary technology education. After more than a decade in small animal referral medicine, she served as a veterinary technology instructor and program director, combining clinical expertise with mentorship and leadership. Stephanie currently serves as Director of Veterinary Operations at the Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance, where she fosters belonging, open communication, and innovation.

Mallori has been an RVT since 2007 and brings nearly two decades of experience in equine veterinary medicine and veterinary team leadership. She currently serves as Director of ICU, Purchasing Manager, and Accountant at Littleton Equine Medical Center, roles that give her a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, financial management, inventory systems, and the day-to-day realities facing veterinary technicians. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to advancing patient care, supporting veterinary teams, and strengthening the profession statewide.
