A task force is a specific group of members that has been created to accomplish a specific objective.

Credential Renewal Task Force assists with verifying CE submissions during the biennial recertification period.

  • Responsibilities of the Credential Renewal Task Force members:
    • Verify CE hours submitted in credential renewal applications
      • Eligibility is based on credentialing of speaker, topic, and differentiation between Medical and Non-Medical categories
  • Schedule/Time commitment

    • The term of commitment for the Credential Renewal Task Force is 1 year and renewable.

    • The time commitment is generally 5–10 hours per week during the recertification period from May 1 through July 1 of even years. Most of the work is done in June. There may be some late renewals through July and into August.

  • Qualifications
    • Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Office and data experience.
    • Ability to follow instructions.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
